1.    Recruitment Purpose: As a company specializing in oncology drug clinical development.

We aim: 

*  to strengthen the capabilities of our Medico/Clinical Science team by recruiting MD professionals with strong medico-clinical science expertise.

*  Through this, we will provide our partner companies with optimal clinical development strategies, along with the activities and materials necessary to execute them.

*  Ultimately, we aim to guide our partners on the shortest path to success.

Beyond the traditional role of physicians within hospitals, we are committed to fostering medical professionals who can make meaningful contributions in diverse areas, particularly in the field of new drug development.

2.    Qualification 

*  Medical Degree Holders:

-  Junior: Graduated from medical school or completed internship.

-  Junior-Senior: Completed residency and board-certified.

-  Senior: Board-certified specialist with a subspecialty qualification and preferably industry experience.

*  Fluent English 

*  Good communication skills 

*  Willingness to work outside hospital environment. 

3.    Working period

*  Short term: 1-2 years 

*  Long term 

4.    What MD’s can experience through this job

*  Insight on drug development 

*  Drug development strategy 

*  Clinical development related document development: Clinical development plan document, TPP (target product profile), investigators’ brochure, clinical trial synopsis and protocol

*   Regulatory documents: orphan drug designation, fast track designation, IND package 

*  Clinical trial management as a medical monitor and/or a safety physician

5.    What I Gain from This Experience:

*  Unique experience beyond hospital practice: Involvement in early drug development, clinical strategy, global data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork - rarely experienced in hospitals.
